Key events can be any memorable event, for example an impressive victory but also a major crash, bold solo or anything that makes for sporting memories.
On the 13th of July Mario Cipollini dressed up as Julius Caesar honoring his birthday. In Le Grand Bornand the start city of 9th Tour de France stage, Mario Cipollini wore a Toga and a golden laurel wreath on his head. During the stage Saeco - Cannondale wore a special white and gold kit to commemorate Caesar's birthday.
