Alex Aranburu was initially disqualified for deviating from the race route at a roundabout. However, after reviewing further evidence—including Veloviewer data, the roadbook, and input from the team—it was clear the Cofidis rider had taken the roundabout correctly. With confirmation of a signage error, the disqualification was overturned and the result upheld.
