All time palmares race ranking

The list of historical winners determines for a large part the status of a race. This statistic takes for each rider on the podium the number of points of that rider in the ProCyclingStats all time ranking and sums these up. Points for 2nd place are divided by 2, points for 3rd place are divided by 3. Each podium result by a rider counts in the summation. Furthermore, the end of career all time points are taken as reference, also when a rider scores the result at the beginning of his career when he had few all time ranking points.
